LESSON PLAN Prides Corner School Unit: Fitness Targeted Learning Results: Age/grade level: Grades 9-12 Length of period: 40 Number of students: 20-25 Equipment needed: Weight room and all equipment in weight room

Activity Description Warm up: Core Students go to the weight room and find one fitness machine. Then they will do that activity for 30 seconds, have a 30 second rest, then begin on the next machine. Each student should complete approximately 20 or more exercises. Change Up and wait for bell

Students will need 1 class period previous to this, that the teacher will demonstrate 20 or more circuit stations. Also, weight room safety needs to be previously discussed.
