LESSON PLAN Prides Corner School Unit: Hand Eye Coordination Targeted Learning Results: Age/grade level: Grades K-2 Length of period: 45 Number of students: 20-25 Equipment needed: 15 Gatorskin Balls; 15 four-square balls, and approx. 5 cones, music and sombraro Class Objectives: The Students will learn how to dribble with hands and dribble with feet safely.

Cues Counting aloud Stay low, look up, stay under control

Equipment Music, sombraro Gator skin and 4square balls None

Organization In a circle Class split in half and in 2 groups

10min Warm up: Mexican Hat Dance 30 min Group 1 dribbles around cones with feet and gator skins. Group 2 dribbles around cones with feet and bouncy balls. After 15 minutes groups switch Line up at the door and cool down

Check heart rate (younger grades feel their heart beating on chest)
