    He kept giving vague and unclear answers. He started losing confidence and began stammering. He wasnt goal-oriented about his future. He wasnt well versed or practiced thus fell short of her expectation

    He couldnt capitalize on his plus points. He couldnt hide his negatives. He kept giving heartfelt answers instead of ideal ones. He wasnt at all confident about his answers

    Firstly, prepare a good resume. Preplan your strategy. Be well practiced. Gather information about the company you are to interview for. Be well dressed. Be on time for the interview.

    Be confident. Capitalize on your strengths. Try and hide your negatives from the interviewee. Be straight forward and clear about your views. Provide strong goal oriented statements when asked about future goals.

    Dont stammer. Do not let the interviewee catch you off guard. Do not be casual during the interview. Do not provide unusual and uncertain answers.
