    Creating different User groups & assigning different authorizations to them.

    For creating a user group , the T-Code used is SUGR.

    Step 2: Now create a user with the all authorizations, the manager and the other user with very limited authorizations

    Creation of Users inside the User groups


    Under these user groups we create user with different authorizations The manager will have all the authorizations whereas the user created in the other user group will have very minimal authorizations. In short , minimal roles will be assigned to the user created under user group CLERK_1.

    Authorization of Roles:
    The roles have to be assigned to the user manager_1 created under the user group CLERK_1.

    No roles as such to be assigned to the user under user group Manager as it has got all the authorizations like a super user.
