WINE dESCRIPTION:

This wine was produced to highlight the fruit aromas of the grape, namely citrus, dandelion and guava. The oak notes that appear as part of the nose and aftertaste are culled from barrel fermented russian river fruit. Stylistically, the wine has a wonderful, complex nose, with good body and crisp finish. Best served with cornish game hen with rosemary, duck breast, veal dishes that do not include white sauces, grilled ahi tuna or salmon. enjoy it with pasta and light parmesan cheese.
