Department: Finance and Administration Aiesec Ulacit Title: Inventories and Funding Accountable to: Vice-president Finance Program: Team Member Program Type of contract: Part-Time 5 hours per week
Role: This F&A member is in charge of controlling and registering the inventory movements. Besides, he or she must verify that each functional area comply with the budget planned. Main Responsibilities: Calculate the office supplies inventory Record any office supplies movement Analyze if all functional areas have a good financial performance. Attend VP meetings Meet with Team Leaders constantly. Make a monthly report with all the inventory movements and financial performing. Accomplish the intern rules. Measure of Success: He or she must assist to 75%, of all the Aiesec meetings On time reports Report of accomplished budget. Skills:
