40x58 drape with 2 pieces of tape on wall and covering the sink. Drop both sets of sterile gloves in this area. This area is sterile

#1 of 4 15x26 utility drape with adhesive tape, this is a pre-sterile area=not sterile. Place implant bag that has syringe and mirror. Also place 1 blue tip, and 1 carpule of each of the 3 pictured below, and a cotton applicator with topical

50x90 reinforced poly table cover with 2 pieces of tape, on light switch and computer arm. This is sterile area.

This is the sterile area. Place implant kit, OS surgery kit, graft kit, 1 sterile bowl on left, other 2 bowls on right with suture(s), scalpel(s), and sterile gauze wrap with Al foil.

Place #1 of 2 hand towels on right side. Place unopened retractors, unopened bite blocks (M and L) and planned implants here. This area is not sterile. Move patient bids to sterile area.

Placing sterile wraps on both slow and high-speed suctions. Three sterile Al foil inside implant kit go on light. Middle sink area has hand sanitation to be placed prior to donning gloves.

Place #2 and #3 15x26 utility drapes with adhesive tape side by side. On one place Betadine scrub, 2x alcohol wipes, all possible xray rings, pulse ox, plugged in bp cuff, CHX. On the other place 3 packages of sterile gauze unopened, make an implant one with more gauze, the needed implants, lip retractor, and tongue retractor.

After all paper work, patient is seated with plastic sheave over back covered by #3 of 4 15x26 utility drape with adhesive tape. Place the 53x77 drape over patient with #4 15x26 utility drapes with adhesive tape
