Verbally harassed and threatened by CO Gardner. Denied informal complaints for 3 days, denied food on 1-1-06. lives in fear of attack Got into a verbal conflict with Officer Mabe he opened my tray slot, grabbed my arm then pulled it through then shut the door on my wrist. Pictures were taken, it was reported and an investigator spoke to him. Continue to cover complaints up. WRSP Officers involved in the WRSP incident: LT Combs, SGT. R. Hall, SGT Anderson, J.Taylor, C. Barnette, W. Smith, SGT Still Talbert suffers from asthma and was placed in a cell with a smoker. Suffered severe pain called for nurse. Went to medical. Not provided with adequate medical care. Back in solitary beat by officers. Talbot suffered urinating blood, coughing up blood, laceration on wrists and ankles, knots and lumps all over face and head, big cut above right eye, all the skin ripped off my shoulder, loosing vision in my right eye, headaches, back pain, nose bleeds. Talbot refused meals at WRSP then transferred to ROSP. Pictures of my injuries were taken by the investigator at ROSP because my injuries were so serious I was refused my meals here (at ROSP) by one of the officers brother at Wallens Ridge, who is a sergeant here named SGT.
