Pie Recipe

 2 ½ cups flour

MIX  1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

1 cup butter (2 sticks)

 Cut butter into flour

1/3 cup + 3 tablespoons ice cold water

 Use pastry blender to mix dough

divide dough into 2 balls

 Put dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes


4 cups fruit or berries

1cup sugar

 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Mix the berries or fruit carefully

 Roll out each ball of dough into a big circle

be careful to not make it too thin

 Put 1 circle of dough in the pie tin use a

knife to cut on the edges of the pie

 then put your filling in the crust

 Then put the other circle of dough on top of

the pie and cut the extra dough coming out

of the sides of the pie with a knife then make

a slit it the middle of the pie
