1. Fold paper into 8ths, then unfold.

rectangle 2. Fold in half, then cut or tear along centre crease, so that there is a slit 2 'pages' wide in the centre of your unfolded page.

3. Unfold page again , then re-fold lengthways.

4. Holding either end of the length ways crease, push inwards, so that the slit in the centre opens up into a diamond shape.

5. Push inwards until your 'pages' meet in the centre.

6. Fold pages around so that 8 is on the back, and 1 is on the front. If you write a zine, make sure the text on pages 4 - 7 is upside-down!
