    1. Explain the main differences between a company and a partnership.

    2. Offer and acceptance are the most essential elements to form a valid contract. Discuss the requirements of offer and acceptance under the contracts Act 1950. Provide relevant case laws in your answers.

    3. Discuss the essential elements to form a contract of sale under Islamic law and compare with relevant provisions under the Sale of Goods Act 1957.

    4. Discuss the main features of Islamic insurance system (takaful) in Malaysia and the extent to which it differs from the conventional insurance system.
