The tournament is open to all non-titled chess players, but women titled players may join. The tournament is divided in two divisions, (KIDDIES& OPEN-AGEdivision) Participants should present proof of age (e.g. birth certificate,government or school identification card) The tournament mode of play is (7) rounds Swiss system. Rate of play is 25 minutes per player to finish the game. FIDE Laws of chess, particularly the laws of RAPID shall govern the tournament.(Ground rules will be posted onsite)

Number of participants will be limited only to 240 participants for both divisions. Participants who are wearing sandos and slippers are not allowed to join.
