    Note the price of regular gasoline at this old station the average in both 2004 and 2008. The lower photo shows an old farm near the US 70 exit.

    There is activity and pride of community in this town 12 miles north of Agate.

    Golden, Colorado

    Architecture blends old and new in Golden and mountains can be seen in the distance. Hang gliders (right) sailed on the air currents off of Look Out Mountain. The view from the mountain is spectacular as seen in the panoramic photo below. Copper kettles used in brewing beer are seen in the photos at bottom. Coors offers a spectacular tour of its brewing and bottling facility.
