    STEAG State Power Inc. Has rented your road roller last May 24, 2011 and unfortunately we failed to use the said equipment until May 27, 2011 due to uncontrollable weather condition. We resumed our compaction last Saturday May 28, 2011 at exactly 1PM to 3PM and on Monday May 30, 2011 at 8AM to 5PM until Tuesday May 31, 2011 from 8am to 5PM. We are willing to pay the amount that you will ask us in accordance to the span that we used the said equipment.

    R.E: RENTAL OF ROAD ROLLER WALK BEHIND TYPE

    Dear Sir; Greetings! We have a project at STEAG State Power Inc. and we have rented your road roller last May 24, 2011 and unfortunately we failed to use the said equipment until May 27, 2011 due to uncontrollable weather condition which causes the soil to be so muddy and in a bad condition for compaction, and thus the equipment is not in use. We resume our compaction last Saturday May 28, 2011 at exactly 1PM to 3PM and on Monday May 30, 2011 at 8AM to 5PM until Tuesday May 31, 2011 from 8AM to 5PM. We pulled out the said equipment from STEAG Power Plant last Thursday June 2, 2011 in the afternoon. We are willing to pay the amount that you will be asking us in accordance to the span of time that we used the said equipment.
