Fluency
Student speaks fluently with normal pauses between ideas. Speaks with good fluency and connection between ideas, but makes some prolonged pauses. Speaks with poor fluency and poor connection between ideas, also makes prolonged pauses. Student expresses separated ideas with long pauses. Student expresses no logic or concurrent ideas with prolonged pauses.
