Re Work/ Re Process of Rice Rejection

Foreign matter control system has the capacity to remove 100 % of the rejects with some good product and thats where the Process of Re Work is applicable. The procedure steps are as follows 1. All the rejection is checked by the QC Dept. during their routine inspection visit
2. The bags collected as the rejection of the X Ray machine cut on the

input hopper at the end of the Batch process 3. The finished Rice Rejected with the metal contaminants at the Metal Detector outlet is collected in the Bags. These bags are cut on the input hopper along with the running Batch Process. 4. Spillage collected in the plant is collected in the bags and these bags are cut at the input hopper along with the running batch. 5. After the Re work or reprocess, fresh inspection is undertaken to verify effectiveness. 6. Periodically an analysis is conducted of the Rejects with a view to bring about improvement and eliminate the causes of Rejects
