Expenses are for the 9-month academic year unless indicated otherwise. Students planning to remain in the U.S. over the summer should plan an additional $3,500 to cover summer living expenses. Includes the activity and services fee, health clinic and facility fees, building and recreation fees, and computer fees. Tuition, room, board, health, computer, and activity fees are subject to change without notice, and increase annually. The figures above are estimates only. Includes an estimate for the Iowa State Health insurance Plan ($1,442 for single students), and the Delta Dental Plan ($258 for single students). These plans are optional for US citizens and immigrants; the Iowa State Health Insurance Plan is required of international students and their dependents. Includes transportation and personal expenses. 04/2011
