CFMS ACADEMIC PROBATION AND DP RULES

Coursework submission Failure to submit any assignment will result in the refusal of the DP (Duly Performed Certificate). This means that you will not be allowed to write the final exam for the course. An assignment is only considered formally submitted if received by the department in hard copy with a signed CFMS plagiarism declaration form AND on VULA. Late assignments are penalised by 5% per day up to a maximum of two weeks. Assignments submitted thereafter (before the last day of lectures) will get a mark of 0%.

Attendance A student who misses two classes will be put on academic probation unless he / she can provide strong written justification like a medical certificate. If the student misses any further classes, the DP will be refused and the student will not be allowed to write the final exam for the course.
