Learn more about proposed attendance boundary changes for the 2012-2013 school year. The FBISD Building Utilization Committee (BUC) members will share their recommendations at the May 21 Board Meeting. The recommendations and maps will be available for viewing on the Districts website on May 22 at fortbendisd.com.

The purpose of the BUC is to gather and process data for a proposal for the optimum building utilization within the district. The objectives of the BUC are also to give input and feedback reflecting community perceptions, desires and ideas, and to assist with communication of the plan. Considerations for the BUC proposal include: enrollment levels, building capacities, and current and future population growth. The BUC membership includes community representatives from each geographical section of Fort Bend ISD, FBISD administrators and all members of the Fort Bend ISD Board of Trustees. The Board will consider the proposed attendance boundary changes as an action item at its June 11 Board Meeting.
