Limoncello 1 Liter Pure Grain Alcohol 10 12 Lemons, peeled use the yellow part of the peel 2 Liters of water

er 2 cups of sugar Scrub the lemons and then peel with a vegetable peeler, taking care to get the yellow part of the lemon peel and not the white. Place the peels in a glass bowl or jar and cover with 1 liter of pure grain alcohol. Soak the peels for 14 days. After 14 days, heat 2 liters of water and 2 cups of sugar in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved and the liquid is clear. Strain the alcohol and discard the peels. Mix the alcohol with the cooled sugar water. Pour into bottles, leaving some space at the top for expansion. Keep in the freezer and serve in a frosted glass.
