Mushrooms Filled with Cream Cheese and Chives

Ingredients: 1 pound large mushrooms, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Clean and remove the stems. Brush top with melted butter 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 pkg. cream cheese and chives (3 oz) 1 T. minced parsley Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup cream (about) Paprika Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions: Prepare mushrooms and place them on a cookie sheet. Combine the next 6 ingredients until blended. Add enough cram to bind the mixture together. Mound the filling into the mushroom caps and sprinkle top with paprika and grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350 oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until top is beginning to brown. Serve at once as a hot appetizer or small entree
