--------------------------------------------------------------------------With Win32s 1.3: (on Windows 3.1-3.11) 1) After unpacking the file rdraw32s.exe you will have received 7 files: rnadraw.exe, rnafold.exe, rnaheat.exe, rnadraw.hlp, ctl3d32.dll, readme.txt (this file) and w32s130.exe 2) Copy the first 4 RNAdraw files to a new directory. Do NOT write over your current version of RNAdraw (precaution). 3) Create a temporary directory and move the file w32s130.exe to it. Run w32s130.exe in this directory, it will unpack itself to the Win32s 1.3 setup files. Run the setup.exe program from Windows to install Win32s 1.3 on your system. Additional information on Win32s installation is in the readme.txt file included unpacked with Win32s. 4) Move (not copy) the ctl3d32.dll file to your WINDOWS/SYSTEM directory. If you already have this file, keep the later version. --------------------------------------------------------------Without Win32s: 1) After unpacking the file rdraw.exe you will have received 6 files: rnadraw.exe, rnafold.exe, rnaheat.exe, rnadraw.hlp, ctl3d32.dll readme.txt (this file). 2) Copy the first 4 RNAdraw files to a new directory. Do NOT write over your current version of RNAdraw (precaution). 3) Move (not copy) the ctl3d32.dll file to your WINDOWS/SYSTEM directory. Before starting RNAdraw 1.1b2, make a backup to your current .dra files, since they will be converted to a new file format when saved with RNAdraw 1.1b2.
