Breakfast is a must Before doing actifity

Heve you have breakfast? May be this question not important moreover very boring to majority of people. Usually they have opinions that doing breakfast is very bother, because they very busy and have many jobs. They said that because they dont know about it. Actually, we have many ways to rise-up the spirit in breakfast. Sometime, we can breakfast not only with rice everyday. But we can change rice with another foot like eeg, bread, wheat, milk etc. and dont worry about it, because they have many proteins too. On the other hand if you cant breakfast in your home, you can bring it in boxrice. So you can eat in everywhere , example in class and office. Beside that, there are many advantages from doing breakfast. Two among there are: the first, advantages from doing breakfast are give nutrition in the our brain. The meaning are the brain cant work maximally if nothing nutrition can absorb. Nutrition so very important and we can get it with comsumsion food which contains proteins, carbohydrates, fast, minerals and vitamins. So do most people. Therefore if the nutrition of brain enough my mind will fresh too. And the second advantage from doing breakfast are give energy in our body, so that we not feel stifled and sleepy. To give the body enough energy to work the brain needs food which contains carbohydrates, and we can find it in bread, rice, potato, and sugar contain plenty of them. If the brain get enough carbohydrates from food, with easy too the brain send order my body to doing work. After you know about advantages from doing breakfast, so you must try from now.
