Vision for Education: Video Interview Questions

Please prepare short but descriptive answers for the following questions:
Please give us a brief overview of your teaching experience? Please include what you are qualified to teach Please outline your approach to Classroom Management in the classroom? How you would set up a classroom for the first time? What ongoing CM strategies you would use? (What strategies do you use? eg. Your tone, movement in the classroom and the classroom set up, restorative practice, classroom discussions and contracts, mutual respect, consistency ect..) Subject Specific Question: Describe how you would execute a lesson of choice within your subject. Please explain how you would introduce the lesson, explain the body of the lesson and the conclusion to the lesson. Please explain how learning outcomes aim to be met by the end of the lesson. Also talk about how you engage students.
