Use the 4 green templates and instructions to make the base pattern out of the white shiny card.

This activity kit contains:
1. Make and do activity steps 1 - 4 and 1 - 6 2. 10 template pages Visit http://play.powerhousemuseum.com to download any missing elements.
Pull together and overlap the back two side flaps of the template. Staple securely.
Pull the top flap over and staple it firmly to the other flaps.
Turn the helmet around and repeat steps 1 and 2 for the front flaps.

Visor: Cut out the 2 parts. Using a gluestick, glue the two sides together by tab A. Glue to card and cut out.

Bend the two halves together at the top until the patterns line up and overlaps the section marked overlap panel. Staple together on the overlap tab B. Staple the visor to the body at the two sides and again in the middle ( tab B ) to form the two seperate eye holes.
Tubes: Roll tubes up, meeting at the dotted line and tape. Cut out two pieces of black card. Roll and insert into each tube. Staple to the side of helmet. Visor band: Cut out visor band parts and glue together at the overlap tab. Glue to black card. Cut out. Tape to sides of helmet leaving a 1cm space at front for a 3D effect. Back panel & tube holders: Cut out back panel and stick to the flap at back of helmet. Cut out and stick tube holders as show and wrap tabs around tubes and tape underneath.
