Nauman is a well-rounded entrepreneur and marketing professional, with enormous integrity and business acumen. This ideology motivated him to start working at the age of 19. In his 6 years of professional experience, he has served 3 multinationals on Managerial positions, trained more than 9000 marketing professional, and currently running his enterprise named Outlinx Outsourcing, which provides outsourcing services to companies in US, UK, Canada, Pakistan, India and Afghanistan. Nauman is also a social worker and youth activist. He is the founding member of Organization for Youth & Development (OYD), which is currently working in different sectors including youth, child protection, nutrition, promotion of entrepreneurship and health. He is serving OYD as Managing Director. He is a certified trainer and has deep interest in empowerment of youth. He considers youth trainings to be much more than a source of making money. His aim is to solve the problems of Pakistan by developing maximum young entrepreneurs like himself. He is associated with British Council, School of Leadership, United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), University of California, Boston University and Emory University.
