ISLAMIC LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE (ILG) Multi-purpose Bldg., Northern Kabuntalan Maguindanao : April 4-5,2011

DAY 1: April 4, 2011

1. PRELIMINARIES: like any other activities, the ILG training in Northern Kabuntalan started its preliminaries with registration of participants and distribution of training kit. At around 9:30 AM, The training facilitator started the opening program with an invocation rendered by Ustadz Abdulhaq Mohammad II WELCOME MESSAGE: Mr. Abunawas Bagundang , Municipal Administrator of the municipality formally opened the program with a welcome message in behalf of the local chief executive who was not around for some important matter to attend. He welcomed the participants and the resource team to the 2 day activity. Mr. Bagundang remarks that ILG IS MOST INTERESTING TOPIC. We have to take Advantage to discover new knowledge on Islamic Leadership and governance especially that Northern Kabuntalan is just a new municipality. I believed that ILG can enrich our knowledge and help us establish our system of governance. III. SURFACING EXPECTATION
