Job opportunity- Performance Analyst

Lafarge Concrete Viet Nam is committed to the vision: To be the preferred and sustainable ready-mixed concrete supplier in relevant markets. We are searching to recruit a Performance Analyst. Reporting to Performance Manager, the Performance Analyst analyzes data and proposes rational explanations and solutions to improve performance of company. Duties and Accountabilities: Compliance with company rules and performs safety talk with plant people to improve safety behavior. Search and analyze data for Country Business Review, Performance Plan Improvement and Strategic Review Participate and support other departments to prepare monthly Key Performance Indicators (production, maintenance). Follow up root cause analysis of daily commercial report and daily customer survey Obtain feedback through plant walkabout with plant people to propose improvements Specific analysis on any subject which requires analysis to improvements Qualifications: University degree in Engineering or Industrial Management Experience: Entry level (0-1 years) Good level of Excel, World and Power Point Good command in English Good communication skills, both oral and written Strong analytical skills Good sense of organization and urgency.
