All games will be officiated according to National Federation rules with the following exceptions:
All games will be two-13 minute periods in length. The entire game will be stopped clock format unless the Lopsided Score Rule is in effect. Lopsided Score Rule: The clock will run in the second half if one team is ahead by 30 points or more. The clock will continue to run at that point regardless of what the score becomes as the game continues. Players will be disqualified after 6 personal fouls. All technical/intentional fouls will be rewarded as an automatic 2 points and the ball. Dunking is allowed during warm-up periods. The coachs box rule will not be enforced. Each team will be given 2 full timeouts per half. Timeouts do not carry over to second half or overtime periods. Use them or lose them. First overtime will be 1 minute in length with each team getting one full timeout. Second overtime will be sudden death with no timeouts.
