WORK EXPERIENCE:
June 2007 to Present (Food Service Worker) 2B Kabul, Afghanistan

Work in salad room preparing salads for the 2D DFAC and lather in 2B DFAC. Following TM 10-
412 I produce product in accordance within military regulation and standards. I possess a
thorough working knowledge and understanding of applied food service sanitation guidelines as
required by TB MED 530. Independently perform moderately difficult tasks in preparing large
quantities of food following TM 10-412 Army Recipes. I have the knowledge and experience to
adjust and prepare a product utilizing rations on hand. Work in dining room cleaning tables,
restocking sodas, arranging fruit display, salad bar and executed all other given tasks. Assisting
the Dining Facility Supervisor in any way needed.

2000-2006(Food service worcer and cook assistant in

I work like a waitress allmost three years till I become a cook assistent.I made sure that all food
preparation, handling and storing is conducted and i was preparing daily meals for
emplayees.Added seasoning to foods during mixing and cooking,preparing
soops,meats,vegetables,salads and deserts.I was respnsable preparing requests for daily and
mounthly supplies.
