BRANCH SUPERVISOR TASK LIST

1. Store a. Ensure on a daily basis that: Display items are new and with price tags updated based on the latest pricelist. Store area is clean and orderly There are no phased-out items on display.

b. Give each sales staff an assigned area to maintain cleanliness display update. c. Release all delivery for the day and make the iterinary for the driver for the whole day task. d. Check DSR balance. e. Prepare weekly sales report segregated per customer grouping ( walk in, Reseller and Corporate) f. Update the system pricelist upon receipt from Main. g. Gather and solve concerns of all sales staff; if you cannot solve it, call the Sales Manager.

2. Warehouse a. Make sure that: All deliveries are received. Item displays are replaced if new stocks arrive. Items are organized and properly stocked. First-in first-out rule is implemented.

b. Monitor min-max system. c. Check all items that are not salable and give priority in selling these items. d. Give priority to all confirmed orders.

3. Technical a. Check all pending repairs and advice all client if needed b. Sell all company-owned RMA. c. Gather concerns of technical staff and solve their problem; if you cannot solve it, call the Sales Manager.

4. Cashiering a. Check previous-day DSR if cash collection tallies with system report and deposit slip amount. b. Check all pending accounts for collection.

5. Vehicle a. Make sure vehicle is clean with no damage. If any damage found report immediately. b. Kilometer reading is properly recorded.

6. Others a. Make sure all staff are working and not wasting time doing nothing or any irrelevant activities. b. Advice sales manager if any of your co employee did not follow any of your instruction according to the implementation of company objectives and goals. c. Focus on the quota and think how to develop new clients. d. Rearrange/ reposition store displays from time to time. e. Secure store before leaving. f. Check the CR if clean.
