When they get into a university, Fees, accommodation & goodwill play a vital role. Specially, fees are the most considerable one in case of private universities. There is a huge difference of fees between public & private universities. Such as- In Dhaka University, monthly fee is only 12 BDT where in South east University it is more than 20000 BDT at the most considerable situations. Reasons behind this can beLack of seats in public universities. Education is taken as a profitable business by private universities. Lack of monitoring. Only higher class is captured by these universities. Due to broken arms of economy in the country. Excessive demands of higher education

Now as we know that fees are becoming more different and up warded, these will show some impacts. Considering these impacts on stakeholders are followingOnly a group of people can take the higher education by paying more, the other will take public universities or either they will stop at that moment. Quality of education becomes less because private universities are depending on part time teacher, lack of infrastructure and liable to students as they are paying for education. Post graduation and graduation level becomes vulnerable. Strucking the way to lead the country by more competent one. Families are taking extra burden to meet up the raising fees.

However it does not mean that things cannot be lessen. The more things change, the more they remain same like this ethics and social norms will make the stakeholders to take initiatives to allay these problems. Some of these areStrong educational policy and guidance to universities.

Increase seats in public universities. By regulating tax bracket for universities fees. Motivate people to follow social norms and ethics. Change the sense of profitable in case of education. Strengthen the economy.

All these are not the ultimate solutions of problems. These are some lights of candle. To see the full we have to go to the place and should stare on it. If the concerned parties look through the problems and formulate a long term strategy then we will see a graduate with a smiling face.
