Agreement of Placement Services

This agreement is entered between Red Rock Recruitments, 714, Pragathi Nagar, KPHB Hyderabad 500072 and Client, Location. Red Rock is engaged in providing Human resource placement and consulting services.Client has engaged Redrock Recruitment services to meet their human resources requirements under following Terms & Conditions: 1. Client is going to provide details of skill requirements to Red Rock in as much advance as possible. 2. Red Rock is going to provide resumes/profiles of candidates to Client for review and consideration. 3. Client is going to short list candidate profiles and informs Red Rock to facilitate interview. 4. Client agrees to inform Red Rock of any such candidate profile that they may have received from any other sources Before Client organize interview of such candidates. 5. Client agrees to pay professional service fees + all statutory taxes (as per agreement) within 30 days; if candidate has been introduced to Client by Red Rock and candidate has been selected & joined Client for employment. 6. Red Rock is going to facilitate interview & screening of candidate as per request by Client. 7. Red Rock is entitled to recover professional service fees + all statutory taxes within 30 days of candidate joining Client.

8. Red Rock agrees to provide replacement candidate without any professional service fees in case candidate voluntary leaves Client within 90 days. 9. Client agrees to pay Professional Services Fees to Red Rock as given below.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FEES APPLICABLE FOR PLACEMENT SERVICES WITHIN INDIA:

Fresher 0.3 8 years of Experience Free 8.33% of annual CTC offered to candidate 10 % of annual CTC offered to candidate 15 % annual CTC offered to candidate 20% of annual CTC offered to candidate

8 12 years of Experience 12 to 18 years of experience 18 years and above

10. Any dispute will be settled in the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.
