    Consulting Fees:
    Our consulting charges will be as a percentage of the total annual CTC of the selected candidate PLUS Taxes and other levies as applicable, presently taxes are 12.36% on the billing amount CHARGES 8.33% 12.50% 16.67% POSITION / LEVEL
    (CTC up to Rs. 5 lacs p.a.) (CTC From Rs. 10.01 lacs to 20 lacs p.a.) (CTC Above Rs. 20 lacs p.a.)

    Payment:
    Payment should be made within 30 days from the Candidates Date of Joining.

    Terms:
    If the Candidate leaves before 3 months from the date of joining, then we will provide you with replacement within 15 days from the date of intimation to us OR else you can raise a Debit note for the same and adjust with our future payment.
