The University Student Council (USC) stands as the highest representative institution of students of the University of the Philippines-Diliman. The USC represents the students within and outside the university and has the proud and historic tradition of active involvement in the struggle to defend the rights and interests of the students and Filipino people. The USC annually holds the Leadership Training Seminars (LTS) for university organization recognition. This project is a manifestation of the continuous commitment of USC to be a medium of student empowerment and breeding ground of new student-leaders. We are kindly requesting permission to use the <venue> on <date> from 8AM to 12NN and 1PM to 5PM to serve as a venue for two sessions of LTS. We are also requesting to waive all the fees required for the use of the said activities. Your support would ensure the success of this endeavor.
