The Shelby County Election Integrity Taskforce and Memphis Operation Election Integrity on behalf of We the People, voters, future voters and citizens of Memphis and Shelby County in the name of truth and justice demands: the immediate resignation of the administrator of election, Mr. Richard Holden. This demand for resignation stems from Mr. Richard Holdens failure to carry out his legal and moral obligation according to the Laws of the State of Tennessee, T.C.A. 201-101-1.

Mr. Richard Holden is legally authorized and obligated to certify the freedom and purity of the ballot. It is also his duty and responsibility to ensure the ballot is legal, accurate, reliable and transparent. The Diebold/ES&S voting product is not a certified or legal voting machine; thus, Mr. Richard Holden violated the following: State of Tennessee: Chapter 1260-2-13 Electronic Voting Machine Rules and Regulation: Chapter 1260-2-13-02
