Declarations of Interest Minutes of the last meeting To approve the minutes of the Annual and monthly meetings held on 14th May 12 (Paper A) Matters arising (for information only) o Flag making project the project has been completed and the flags unveiled on 31st May 4. Safer Neighbourhoods Team To receive an update from the Newport Safer Neighbourhoods Team Finance I. Financial Statement To receive and consider a financial statement (Paper B) II. Accounts for Payment To consider and approve accounts for payment (Paper C) III. Donations To consider the following requests for donations: 200 towards a community notice board at Victoria Recreation Ground for use by NVSSC and Newport CofE Primary School Cllr Lumley

Playing Fields Association to consider joining the association at the cost of 25 per year Mr Soars (Hon Secretary) to attend TeaN-Chat - 300 towards a trip to Marwell Zoo for a newly formed group for the elderly and disabled (Paper D)

Cancellation of the Public Meeting on Traffic Issues To note that the public meeting was cancelled and to note and discuss any reply from the IWC regarding our concerns over the Foxes Way/Mill Street link road. Guildhall Cllr Lumley To consider the IW Councils response to our concerns and suggestions for the Guildhall Code of Conduct To consider a draft code of conduct and complaints procedure put forward by the IW Council (details previously circulated) Planning and Licensing Committee To receive and consider the minutes of the Planning and Licensing Committee held on 26th April and 10th May 12 (Paper E)
