The City of Watertown's Department of Public Works will begin paving the 200 block of Flower Avenue West between Holcomb and Sherman Streets on June 7th, weather permitting. During the paving work on June 7th, Flower Avenue West will be closed to all traffic and local residents should park on nearby side streets. Public works crews will have barricades, signage and flagmen on site during the project, and motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes while work is underway.

TRAFFIC ADVISORY & ROAD CLOSURE FLOWER AVENUE WEST
The City of Watertowns Department of Public Works will begin paving the 200 block of Flower Avenue West (Holcomb to Sherman Street). Weather permitting, the paving portion of this project will begin Thursday, June 7th, 2012 at 7:00 a.m. and is expected to last throughout the day. During this portion of the project, Flower Avenue West will be closed to all traffic. Local residents should make arrangements to park on nearby side streets while this work is underway. Public Works crews will install temporary barricades, signage and have flagmen on-site throughout the duration of the project. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes on this date.
