AUDIT OF ACCOUNTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2008-09.

Please refer to our IOM No. HO / F & A / 104 / 716 Dated 02-07-2009, for furnishing the
information to the actuary in order to complete the actuarial valuation assignment for the year 2008-09 on
time. The requisite information is still awaited.

You are requested to furnish the required information relating to your department is summarized

as at Annex. A in the form of hard & soft copies latest by 25-07-2009 for onward submission to
Actuaries so that the statutory audit may be completed within the prescribed time limit.
