3. SEATING
3.1 Is the seat (or seats) broken or worn out? 3.4 Is the seat (or seats) firmly attached? 3.5 Are seat belts fitted?

4. CONTROLS
4.1 Are the controls clearly marked? 4.2 Do the controls work properly?

5. WARNING DEVICES
5.1 Is the horn working? 5.2 Is the flashing light working? 5.3 Are the brake and turning lights (if fitted) working? 5.4 Is reverse warning signal working?

6. HYDRAULIC FLUIDS
6.1 Are the hydraulic fluid levels adequate? 6.2 Hose connection in good condition (no leaking)

7. CAPACITY
7.1 Is a load plate to the manufacturer's specifications fitted?

8. BRAKES
8.1 Are both hand and foot brakes working properly?

9. STEERING
9.1 Is the steering wheel moving smoothly?

10. PROTECTION SYSTEM

10.1 Is the fire extinguisher available 10.2 Is overhead cover in good condition 10.3 Is side mirror available?
