To The Creditors of Epic Media Group. Inc. Epic Market Place, Traffic Market Place and Conexus

The purpose of this letter is to advise that Epic Media Group, Inc. (Epic) and its operative entities have engaged the services of our firm, Accord Associates Denver, Ltd. in an effort to address the financial obligations of the company(s). Our firm is work out specialist firm that has historically been able to successfully help debtors and creditors to avoid expensive and unfruitful bankruptcy which at this point could unfortunately be Epic's next step, though one that they would prefer to avoid if at all possible. As many of you are aware, there is a substantial amount of debt owed to the creditors of Epic which is far past due and has not only become a burden for Epic but understandably to the creditors as well. It is my firm's intent to address these issues in an attempt to resolve them amicably and as quickly as possible. To that end, we expect to have a course in place within 30-60 days as to how best to address this debt. At this point we must advise that no payments will be able to be made and would ask that calls are not made as the sheer number of creditors would potentially flood even the largest of phone systems. To this point, a bankruptcy in this matter would have unprecedented costs associated with it that would virtually guarantee unsecured creditors would potentially be all but wiped out. Controlling costs in this matter are obviously an important objective. As mentioned, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible as we examine the financial capabilities of providing a practical solution.
