    Behavior Charts for Home and School

    Create behavior motivators for home and/or school by using and customizing these materials. You will need one colored file folder for each chart. You will also need a glue stick and Velcro.

    Print on paper: Cover Page, Behavior Chart, Activity Choices, and Rules for home
    and/or school If desired, substitute your own list of rules, personalized for the student. Write the students name on the Cover Page. On the Activity Choices page, write, draw, or add your own symbols for choices appropriate and motivating to your student. On a colored file folder, glue the Cover Page on the front. Inside the folder, glue the Behavior Chart and Activity Choices. On the back side of the folder, glue the Rules. Laminate the folder. Put soft patches of Velcro on the empty squares on the Behavior Chart.

    Print on card stock (or print on paper and glue to oaktag): Awards
    for home and/or school. Cut apart, laminate, and put patches of rough Velcro on the back of each.

    The teacher will keep the Awards, sticking them on the students chart at timed intervals or whenever appropriate behavior is deserved.
