1. On the 8th day of March 2011, at about 10:45 in the morning, supervised and led by PSINSP ERROL FRANCIS DEVEYRA, composed of PINSP HUGO RIO IPONG, PO3 Rey Bucao, PO3 Benedicto Lasque, PO2 Roy Lofranco and PO1 Euwen Pitogo, this station coordinated with the Fishermen Sea Ecological Care (FISECA), to conduct follow-up operations at the seawaters of barangay Tanke, Talisay City, Cebu, against a certain Jun-jun a.k.a Pita a suspect of stabbing Renato Cabadilla a.k.a Badong, transpired at barangay Tanke, Talisay City, Cebu, 7th of March 2011, by which, upon withdrawal of the said operation, we were able to arrest Gemer Taghoy y Bacus, 25 yrs. old, married of Dawis, san Roque, Talisay City, Cebu, after he was incidentally, caught in the act of having one (1) pc. Transparent plastic pack containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu and a white tissue paper, at Brgy. Tanke, Talisay City, Cebu. 2. Recovered evidences one (1) pc. Transparent plastic pack containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu and a white tissue paper), together with the arrested person were brought at the Talisay City Police Station for proper disposition. 3.
