In connection with the above reference, our assessment on the implementation of suspension of PTCFOR during Sinulog security preparations, that this city is generally peaceful although there were some minor crimes happened but still maintained the peace and order. We conduct checkpoints and deployed our personnel to the different crime prone areas. 3. There were two (2) incidents crimes by motorcycle riding criminals last January 2-21, 2010 and same this year January 2-21, 2011. 4. Request acknowledge receipt.
