    As for the expansion of the facilities and building of Urdaneta Sacred Heart Hospital, we would like to invite internal candidates of every department for a psychological and nursing examination. The internal candidates are the employees and trainees who are interested to be a part of USHH team for long term basis. (Re: Regularization and/or Promotion) The Examination date will be on the 15th day of June, 2012 @ 2pm in the conference room. Requirements: Intent Letter/Recommendation Letter At least 18 years old Transcript of Records and Diploma Trainings and seminars attended (if applicable) Medical Results (not beyond 3 months) At least (5) months experienced as a Novice/Training from USHH Licensed holder: Nurses Physical Therapist Medical Technologist Please submit all documents to Human Resources Department on or before June 14, 2012 only.
