    This is to certify that Mr. Muhammad Sajjad had been an employee of National Engineering Services of Pakistan (NESPAK) working under the umbrella of MTPC (Muzaffargarh Thermal Power Consultants) from the period of 2nd of June 1997 to the 25th of December 2003 as a Lead Mechanical - Project Engineer. MTPC Consortium (A JV of NESPAK, PES & ACE with NESPAK as leading) was formed to supervise on behalf of WAPDA the extension project of Steam Turbine Unit # 04 (320MW) and Unit # 05 & 06 (210 MW each). Mr. Muhammad Sajjad led a team of multidisciplinary engineers on project. Mr. Muhammad Sajjad had been a good employee, winning the performance awards on many occasions. He managed his work by meeting standards of quality and target deadlines. He also handled additional responsibilities that were handed to him. He delivered quality work and would be a great addition to any company he chooses to work for. We wish him all the success in his feature endeavors.
