    Purpose:Toassistwithcapturingaddonsales,weencourageyoutousetheenclosedaddontickets. Why:Thisisaquickandsimplewaytoindicatecustomerrequestsforbacon,doublemeat,extra cheese,pepperoniandavocado. How:Therearefiveticketsineachsetandweveprovidedsixsets. Where:Keepaddonticketsatthepointofordersectionofthesandwichunit.Theycanbehungby hooks(notincluded)onthelowerledgeofthehotwellsectionorkeptinacontaineronthelower sectionofthefunctionalityshelf. 1. Ifaddonsarerequested(DoubleMeat,ExtraCheese,etc.),placethecorrespondingticketnext tothedelipaperwithsandwichmovingtheticketdownthesandwichunitasthesandwichis built. 2. For toasted sandwiches, leave the ticket on the cutting board, toast the sandwich and then returnthesandwichtotheticketandcontinue.DONOTPLACETICKETINTOASTEROVEN. 3. Finish the build by adding requested vegetables, again moving the ticket along the cutting boardwiththesandwich.Closethesandwich,cutifneededandwrap.DoNOTwraptheticket inwiththesandwich. 4.
