Humanitarian
You are a Humanitarian, a person who believes in advancing the well-being of humans as a whole and that certain rights and freedoms must never be violated. Unfortunately, your nation will experience major inequalities. Some citizens will likely be rich while others will be poor. Come citizens will have more food than they know what to do with, while others will be left starving. Some citizens will be living in mansions, while other citizens will be left homeless. These disparities infuriate you! Put Simply, your Hidden Agenda is to ensure that no citizens die and to pass laws that decrease inequalities between citizens. To succeed in obtaining your agenda, you must ensure that everyone gets necessary food, clothing and protection from disasters and accidents (i.e., insurance, healthcare, and security). What you will ideally want is for your country to have a strong economy and to distribute its goods and services evenly amongst its citizens so that no one is exposed to a life-threatening situation. This should be the focus of your energies. Remember that there are no natural deaths in The Civic Mirror ; no on dies of old age. Deaths occur when a citizen cannot obtain food or shelter, when the environment gets too toxic, or when really bad wild cards are drawn and the citizen does not have the necessary protection (i.e., insurance, health care, etc.). it is recommended that you become politically active so that you can shape the nation in a manner that can keep citizens alive and decrease gaps between rich and poor. OBJECTIVES OBJECTIVE 1: Keeping Citizens Alive NO DEATHS= 15SP 1 DEATHS=10SP 2 DEATHS=5 SP If no deaths occur in your nation each and every year, you will earn 15SPs. If one death occurs, you will earn 10SPs, and if only two deaths occur, you earn 5 SPs.

OBJECTIVE 2: Equality and/or Human Rights Legislation ~5SP Ensure that your government passes one law that aims to significantly decrease inequalities amongst the citizens of your nation and/or protect human rights. The law must use specific and concrete language that clearly identifies how inequalities will be minimized and/or how rights will be protected. If this is missing, you will not earn SPs.
