COURSE FILE

All faculty members are required to submit a course file at the end of the semester along with the final examination papers.
The file will contain the following documents: 1. Title page, showing course name, your name, class (e.g. MBA Evening 2A), and class day and time. 2. Course outline, you had distributed (first day) 3. List of students registered in this course / you may use blank attendance sheet as well 4. Hand-written attendance sheet OR printout from ZABDESK with your signature to finalize the attendance 5. All handouts (in lecture order) given in the class / at photocopy shop for copying to the students 6. Reading assignments (sources / links / photocopies) 7. All quizzes you have conducted in the class 8. All assignments you have given students in the class (in case of questions marked from the book, please mention that book, page nos. and question numbers, etc.) 9. Marks of quizzes, assignments, midterm, final examination etc. (according to the grading plan). You may ask academics to provide you the printout of ZABDESK, and you enclose it with your signature 10. Project details. The complete document showing the details of the project you conducted in the class. This document will illustrate the purpose of the project, objectives, how this was conducted in the class, the evaluation criteria used, outcomes, and your comments on students performance. 11. Project Reports. You are supposed to submit all project reports to the examination department showing your marks / grading on the top cover with red pen, along with final examination answer scripts. 12. Details of guest speaker sessions and their outcome 13. One page summary on the evaluation of the whole course &class with suggestions to improve in future. 14. Any other document you have used during the class and you feel it is important to attach in the course file 15. A CD of any documentary / audio/visual or media file if you have used in your class as teaching aid (optional) 16. Any other document requested by the coordinator / academics / examination / HR / Finance
