2 CREDITS PRE-REQ: UHL 2322 (TECHNICAL ENGLISH) 100% COURSEWORK SYNOPSIS:

The course is designed to provide students with a stepbystep guide to mastering the skills of different types of report writing. It primarily aims to equip students with oral, written and analytical thinking skills based on technical writing project tasks relevant to their field of study.

Students are required to master different forms of report and relevant content and language skills that comes along with it.
The students should know what are Standard operating Procedures (SOP), Safety and Health report, progress report and finally, a project report. Students will present their product using effective oral presentation skills and multimedia tools. Self access activities, utilising language software and internet resources are additional features of this 3 course.
